HR Case Manager  – Solihull - £19.47 - £25.90 – Contract

The role is to be part of a team running an ongoing recruitment campaign supporting corporate functions to provide HR casework and support managers to assist them with employee issues.

Duties are to provide support and coaching on complex HR cases across attendance, discipline, grievance, performance and litigation matters. Guide and support manages and employees though a number of processes including attendance management, restricted workers and employment law. Manage casework, support ACAS, working in an HR Advisory or employment law advisor.

Candidates will be degree educated or CIPD level 5 qualifications, deliver results consistently in a fast paced HR contact centre, good team player with excellent communication skills, experience of data analysis and report writing would be a distinct advantage.
